Airport Shuttle Business Plan
This year Valley Airporter plans to transport over 20,000 passengers. Three brand new 20-passenger buses will be purchased to replace the 14-passenger buses.
The expansion of airport services means that the new buses are required. The schedule has continually expanded over the years from three times a day, Monday through Friday only, to ten trips each weekday and nine trips on Saturday and Sunday, 365 days per year.
Valley Airporter operates out of Corvallis which is home to Oregon State University. More than 18,000 thousand students attend this university. Corvallis also has more than 120 high tech businesses. Although there is a small Corvallis airport and a regional Eugene airport (50 miles south) most travelers prefer the Portland International Airport, 70 miles north of Corvallis.
Mary Wilson and Bob Wilson co-owners Valley Airporter will make an investment in the purchase of new vans. The owners will also secure a long-term commercial loan.
