Abbey Electronic Services, a full-service repair shop for electronic devices, is opening in Montclair’s Cherry Grove section. The Cherry Grove Shopping Center has been completed and the business will open in tandem with it. Harry&#8217s Electronics (one of the center’s tenants) and Olson&#8217s ApplianceSuperstore (one of its two tenants) have signed third party repair agreements with Abbey Electronic Services. Abbey Electronic Services is authorized to provide warranty service on selected manufacturers.

Abbey&#8217’s will be open to the public to repair consumer electronics, with or without warranty. Cherry Grove residents have seen an explosion in growth and will continue to be a strong customer for Abbey Electronic Services.

Richard Abbey has 25 years’ experience in the repair of consumer electronics. He is an electronics instructor at the college’s Electronics Engineering Technology program. His reputation for excellence has been well-established.

Abbey Electronic Services will have a staff of two electronics technicians in addition to Richard.
