Once fully operational, this concept will be highly effective and will allow for a sustainable company that can grow exponentially.

This business plan is submitted to secure $110,000 of start-up capital to allow GFX Gravestat Farms Exchange to move from experimentation to fully operational business entities. The funding request incorporates a healthy ratio of additional investment and operating capital. These are intended to provide the final pieces necessary to implement the plan while providing a safe and realistic ramp-up period towards a profitable future.

Gravestat Farm Exchange (GFX): This home-based business is located north and Chandler, Oklahoma. It was established by Edward A. Graves along with his family. A successful business career culminated in a position as U.S. A successful business career culminating in a final position as U.S. Sales & Operations Manager at an international software development company provides the foundation of expertise that will ensure the success of this venture. This plan is fully implemented without the need for additional employees or business locations. It also allows for low operating costs and maximizes revenue potential. Instead, it is focused on providing traditional products (with a powerful, unique addition) through online sales, event attendance, home based sales, and ecommerce.

1.1 Business Overview

GFX does not operate a farm. GFX is not a ranch for horses.

GFX is a Web-centric, event vendor, and retail location resale company.

Every horse buyer has potential customers for tack and supplies. Every potential horse buyer is a potential tack- and supply buyer.
