The Coffee Warehouse is a brand new business that provides high-quality, full-service distribution of specialty beverages, coffee and other beverage-related supplies to espresso stands and coffee shops in the Spokane area and Northern Idaho.

The principal owners are Steve and Jennifer Smith, whose combined experience brings office management, high levels of customer service, and over 20 years in distribution and sales management. We are looking for additional equity capital in order to supplement our own investment. Additionally, we are looking to arrange a line of credit with a bank to finance inventory and receivables. We have firm commitments to distribute several high-quality new age beverage products, and have verbal commitments from independent retailers throughout the Spokane and Northern Idaho market to carry our product. Once financial arrangements are finalized, we expect to start distribution of our first products within 30-60 working days.

The Coffee Warehouse’s sales projections are that they will be selling approximately $2229,000 in the first year. This figure will increase to $2,558,000 in the second year and $2,936,000 in the third. Our net profit is expected to be approximately $283,000 in our first year. This will rise to $406,000 by the end the third year.

The combination of high-quality, innovative products, exceptional customer service, and management experience will make our business stand out. We are the only full-service distributor that services the specialty beverage and coffee market in Spokane/Northern Idaho. In addition, The Coffee Warehouse has an exclusive contract to distribute a new, groundbreaking product that would enable us to gain immediate access to a majority of the potential customer base.
