Vashon Solicitation Services’ mission is to provide 24 hour call center services for clients. Our clients have the best chance to communicate with their customers. We offer B2B as well as B2C services. These include both inbound or outbound calls. We have a dedicated and well trained cadre of customer support specialists who are able to consistently provide excellent services delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
VSS can provide professional service for any client’s customer relations needs, including taking orders, quantifying sales leads and responding to ad inquires, market research or general information requests.
The Company
VSS will register in Delaware as a limited partnership for tax purposes. Its founder, Mr. Martin Gibbs, is a former head of Telemarketing at Medfone, Inc., and has brought together a group of highly-respected telemarketing, customer relations specialists, who have a combined total of 35 years experience in this sector.
The company is currently only investing with a few private investors. It does not intend to go public. The company is headquartered in Gig Harbour, Washington. These facilities include conference rooms, offices, and a telephone center. In June of the year, services will be offered by the company.
The Services

The Market

Businesses are becoming more aware that they need market information and want to decrease customer turnover rates in a difficult economy. This industry has seen a significant shift in the way clients prefer to outsource their telemarketing functions to clients rather than developing this infrastructure internally. This makes for an excellent opportunity for VSS. VSS doesn’t expect this high growth rate in the future, but long-term analyses of growth rates in this sector show a cyclical pattern.
VSS plans to enter two market segments. The first is the medical services sector. They have a high demand for constant contact with patients. We will also be working as a first level help desk for a number of small high-tech companies, and be taking on short-term projects such as surveys from small clients.
Financial Considerations
Start-up assets required are shown in the tables accompanying the Start-up Summary topic. This includes expenses as well as the cash needed for operations to reach a satisfactory level of revenue. Most of the company’s liabilities will come from outside private investors and management investment, however, we have obtained current borrowing from Bank of America Commercial Investments, the principal to be paid off in two years. A long-term loan through Charter Bank of Tillamook will be paid off in ten years. A line of credit is also available from Viking Bank, which we can access if necessary.
The company anticipates that it will be profitable by year two. It does not expect any serious cash flow problems. We conservatively believe that during the first three years that about three ongoing contracts per month will guarantee a break-even point.
