Jan Primak discovered stained glasses art more than 10 years back. Within six months she was teaching the art, managing a successful Richmond stained-glass retail store, and creating her own artistic style. Jan returned to Montclair to continue her work in stained glass. Glass Dreams, her successful art studio/gallerie, was opened later.

Glass Dreams in Montclair is not only an art studio but also a small retail store for tools, glass and supplies.

Glass Dreams plans to expand its retail outlet in Montclair to offer a second location with the largest selection of tools, supplies and glass in the area. The new storefront will be located adjacent to the studio. The original storefront, which was built in 1912, will be transformed into a reference library housing over 610 art glasses books.

Glass Dreams will get a $50,000 long term loan to finance the opening a second storefront.
