Video Television Production Business Plan

Video Television Production Business Plan

EvergreenTV Productions, Inc., a multi-faceted business, has the potential to grow and expand. There are currently three phases of development. We started with the home division. The Tampa/St. Petersburg area will have three stores from this new division. Petersburg area, we can generate enough revenue to assist in the growth of two other divisions; tour and travel, and the business to business division. This plan will require additional funding.

The Home Division creates digital video scrapbooks using customer photos. They are then set to music and digitally enhanced to create the video memory. Our operations manual is a business process that produces the most videos per week and maintains a high standard of quality. This system and the video production business plan will allow us to generate the revenue necessary for us to accept other projects that are more common with a production company.

The Tour and Travel Division offers specialized production for a variety of projects. This is dependent on the needs of the client. This division produces videos of local interest to play in doctors’ offices’ waiting rooms. It also creates videos to promote local businesses and tours/travel videos for companies. We plan to make this division self-sufficient in the first 12 months.

The Business to Business division (B2B), markets the news stories and offers a service to post resumes for students in university communications. These stories are sold nationwide to small market television stations. This division, which is the heart and soul of EvergreenTV Productions was the reason for incorporation. Our website is finally complete, after seven years of development. Our website will revolutionize television news programming. We have assembled a stunning selection of ‘#8220:timeless’ news stories created by college students. Market research has shown that small market TV stations need to have a lot of news coverage, whether it is local, regional, national or international. Many pay high prices for limited choice of stories. EvergreenTV Productions can provide quality news stories for stations, as well as filler news, which they can use anytime, anywhere, and any day. EvergreenTV Productions has a division that meets two needs. Students who want to gain professional experience and be introduced into the television news business. By promoting their news stories and publishing their resumes on our website, we’re helping them get that first foot in the door. A second aspect is the need of small market TV stations who cannot afford to pay tens and thousands of dollars for news programming.

  • Marketing.

First market saturation is crucial within key customer segments. Next, an extensive referral program as detailed in the business systems guidelines will be necessary. Presentations to specific demographics, such a retirement home or professional photographer, are crucial. It is crucial to develop alliances and copromotions programmes with similar businesses (such as wedding photographer, disc jockeys or travel agencies) in order to continue growth.
