The company plans to grow by more than 50% annually through great customer service, proven competitive strategies and a team of people who bring energy and enthusiasm to the company.

The plan’s financial goal is important. GMS will need a Small Business Adminstration Loan (SBA), which is the first step. It is also a company’s road map. This document gives current and future employees and the owner a sense or purpose. It is more useful after the business plan has been reviewed, shared and edited by everyone. It is a living document that will last far beyond the SBA loan purpose, or if that doesn’t occur, to bring an investor on board.

GMS&#8217’s financials can be considered realistic. They are based upon very conservative sales figures compared to the industry. GMS’s goal is to grow the business one client at time and serve each client as if they were the last. This is how loyalty and trust are built, and maintained. GMS excels at customer service and is an important part of the company’s overall mission.

The company mission is to serve small business clients that are in need of logistical, technical, and business strategy services. All projects will have to be determined based upon the availability of human capital. Each individual worker will be treated with respect and shared in the profits of each job. Growth Management and Strategies doesn’t believe in politics. To minimize favoritism, the company has implemented and communicated a policy for performance reviews that applies to all levels of the organization. People who perform or modify a project are given credit. They will also receive commendation.
