I Tech Solutions is an IT consulting company. It aims at filling the market need for a professional, customer-focused company. To differentiate itself from other price-oriented computer companies, I Tech Solutions emphasizes support and service. We are close to capturing a large market in an industry that is growing rapidly. The current trend towards an increase in the number of entrepreneurs and competition amongst existing companies presents an opportunity for I Tech Solutions to penetrate this market.

We are located in (discussion omitted), and realize that for us to thrive, we need to be flexible to provide our clients with the best possible service. The company intends to achieve this through a solutions approach that is customer-centric, and in which the customer’s business objectives enjoy top priority.

After identifying the needs and processes, the industry’s best products and expertise will be used to develop and implement a solution that is cost-effective and fits the client’s business.

Our marketing strategy will be based on the following: ensuring clients understand what service(s), and making relevant information and services available for them. We plan to develop a market penetration strategy that will help our services be well-known and respected within our respective industries. The strategy will communicate a feeling of quality and satisfaction through every photo, promotion, and publication. Our promotion strategy will include traditional advertising and Internet marketing. We also plan to use personal selling and direct marketing. It is important to realize that intangible resources such as our ability relate to customers regarding their wants and needs, management style and corporate culture, make us different from our competitors. These elements will differentiate us from our competitors and contribute towards the development of a sustainable competitive advantage.

Our goal is to not only market and sell our product or services but to also provide custom services and products that enable our clients to maximize their output and aid in reaching their goals. To achieve the above, we will need to raise capital from outside investors.
