The Pasta House Co. Fenton business plan (PHC), highlights the opportunity to acquire the assets, leasehold improvements and restaurant currently operated as JD Drews. The current owner is interested to sell the operations as the store is not performing as expected. He would also like to get out the debt service that he has incurred and leave behind this location. I plan to submit his business plan and rent payment to his bank. We will be in a position to accept the SBA loan and, with additional funds, transform this location into profitable Pasta House Co. franchisor restaurant.

It is located only 1/4 mile from Gravois Bluff’s, which is the largest land-moving project in Missouri to build a major shopping center. While the rent is only half of the price for Gravois Bluff&#8217’s retail shops; however, it offers the same sales opportunities. The newly completed highway 141 provides hundreds of thousands for local residents, as well as shoppers from the outside. It also offers many opportunities for travelers who use it. Dennis Boldt will open a second Pasta House Co. location in Fenton. He previously operated a successful franchise in High Ridge, Missouri, for over 20 years. The Pasta House Co. is based in St. Louis and has more than 34 franchise locations and companies in the United States.

PHC Fenton has a prime location and great food. There will also be no competition.

I will replicate the successful formula that I used in my 20-year-old operation of The Pasta House Co. High Ridge.
