This plan provides detailed investor information and includes the basic strategic business plan information necessary for initial establishment and operation of JTB Integrated Technologies. JTB’s Integrated Technologies Division, which is a sub-corporation, is a division of JTB Technologies, Inc., a larger holding company. JTB Industrial Sales and JTB Products and Services form the other two divisions. The three divisions will be closely integrated and share common staff. However, the following plan outlines the Integrated Technologies Division.

JTB Integrated Technologies, Inc., will be established in February. Its primary location is Richfield, Louisiana, as a corporation according to the laws of the commonwealth.

JTB&#8217’s Integrated Technologies Division can develop and support a complete range of P.C. based enterprise software applications. JTB will also support ad-based Internet platforms, online magazines and custom-developed websites. These applications will be developed using JTB&#8217’s Industrial Sales and Industrial Products Divisions.

These managers have been vendors for these companies for twenty years and have found a niche helping businesses with product presentations, customer management and job costing. Businesses in this industry are all currently using different software and databases to handle internal vendor information resources and external customer RFQ management. Once our products have been installed, pre-sales and order processing can continue as normal online. Businesses can use the applications to expand and market their services and products through our distributor partners. Integrated businesses will now be able to offer products and/or services to their other partners. There are also opportunities for them participating in larger contracts. These businesses are able to provide greater client inventory, order tracking, or engineering information. JTB’s Integrated Technologies Division, which will provide support for the business applications, will serve as a base partner.

Mitchell R. Jeremy and Rachel Jeremy are the management team responsible for product design, development and integration. They also manage company operations. Three members of the management team are responsible for product design, development, integration, and company management. In-house programmers will create and maintain software applications. JTB Integrated Technologies, Inc. employs a CPA firm as a CPA to audit the company, prepare taxes, and provide business advice to help with setting long-term strategic goals.

JTB Integrated Technologies, Inc., based upon the current market prices for Industrial Marketing Products and Services, could make $220,000 in sales within its first 18 months of operation. Good management will ensure that the company grows at a rate of almost 30% per year. The projections for Fiscal Year 3 are very solid.

The equity for each investor will be based on his or her investment. An in-depth look at Ratios can be found in the Financial Plan section. Within 48 months, the company will be able draw further investment and will be able repay its initial investors.

JTB Integrated Technologies’ primary goals are to support and develop:

  4. Web-based E-marketing sites and systems.
  5. LAN and WAN based sales, marketing, engineering Intranet systems.

We will develop these products and bring them to market. Our business will be the testing bed. Then, we’ll resell the technology and any necessary support services.
