Aircraft Weighing Systems Business Plan
Heavy Lifting, Inc. is a new entrant in the international civil aviation industry and is in its formative stages. It was established to address a gap within international civil aviation safety that is related to the provision system.
- Independently verify compliance with the maximum aircraft weight and balance limits for takeoff and landing.
- The new system provides airport operators with a more efficient revenue-generating device that generates landing fees from a broader base than the current system.
- They offer other industry members cost savings and accurate weight and balance measurements.
- This gives you peace of mind and allows for fuel and emission cost savings, as well as reducing maintenance costs for aircraft owners.
Heavy Lifting, Inc. has a combined total of more than eighty years experience in both the aviation and engineering industries.
Heavy Lifting, Inc. anticipates extraordinary sales and a commensurate profit by year three, despite a modest initial turnover. Our research shows that there is a potential for upwards of 10,000 airports in the World that need our product. This potential allows us to expect a huge share of the total market. An outside investor with 20% of the Heavy Lift stock can expect an IRR 91% on a $1,000,000 investment by year 5. We plan to issue our stock in an initial public offering.
We will begin by demonstrating the overdue need for aircraft weight and balance systems at all airports carrying passengers or freight for hire or reward. We will discuss a new and innovative way to generate revenue for airport owners, and a tangible flight safety improvement that can potentially save the industry many lives and prevent unnecessary aircraft hull loss.
1.1 Objectives
The following goals are set for the company:
- To build and test the first two (2) Heavy Lifting aircraft weigh bridges at DEF, California, U.S. in the first year of operations.
- To gain acceptance of the concept of weigh bridges as a mandatory safety and compliance checking requirement for all Regular Passenger Transport (RPT) and Cargo aircraft in U.S. and the world.
- Keep a global database of commercial weight and balanced information.
- After acceptance by FAA of the mandatory requirement for RPT airports, to provide Heavy Lifting systems for regular public transport and cargo aircraft safety monitoring and compliance and to gain acceptance from other State CAA’s and from ICAO of the need for a global safety and compliance monitoring weight and balance network (Create SARPS in Annex 6).
It is our ultimate objective to sell Heavy Lifting aircraft weight and balance weigh bridges to all airports in the world that cater for aircraft carrying passengers and/or cargo for hire or reward.
