Two Wheeled Oracle, a bike-based courier service, is located in Portland, Oregon. It caters to law firms. The Oracle is able to transport documents as well and small parcels for clients, other law companies, as well file documents with clerks. Law firms will be the main customers, and they will be the only ones targeted. However, other customers, including non-law firm customers, will also be served but not targeted.

The Oracle will bring industry insight, reliability and efficiency to law firms. This will allow it to deliver superior service relative the existing service providers.
