Indonesia EEC is a U.S. Energy Engineering & Construction (U.S. EEC), subsidiary company. They provide services in engineering, design procurement, project management, construction management and construction management, as well as management consulting, quality control, information and operations management, maintenance and development and process technology.

U.S. EEC’s management wants Indonesia EEC to deliver a good financial performance. As a subsidiary company of U.S. EEC, Indonesia EEC sets the following objectives for the products and services lines of EPC power generation and power delivery projects:

  1. Increase customer awareness over the planning period.
  2. You can reduce competition, risk and price increases by creating a joint venture.
  3. Prospecting not only EPC, but also BOO or BOT prospects.
  4. The joint venture company is used by EEC as the principal entity to do business in Indonesia and provide all aspects of engineering services.

2.1 Company Ownership

Indonesia EEC was created as an Indonesian “Perseroan Terbatas” (PT.) Company based out of Jakarta, Indonesia under the Foreign Investment Laws of Republic of Indonesia. The Energy Engineering & Construction company, U.S. EEC, owns the company.

2.2 Company History

EEC established its presence on the Indonesian market in 1980s when it opened and operated a Jakarta office. It was aware of the need to be present as a local firm that serves the specific needs its potential customers.

Indonesia EEC was created in 1996. The U.S. EEC owns all shares in the company.
