Selle Domisile is Chek’s wife and will be a paid advisor. Selle is a residential realtor and has been for 10 years. She will make sure that her existing relationships are used to refer people to Inspect A Bode. The company doesn’t plan to hire additional employees, and all accounting and bookkeeping will be outsourced.
Services
The company offers a range of inspection services. These include foundation analysis to check for cracks, settlement, or moisture influx. Inspections of plumbing systems that check for leaks and deterioration. The company’s electrical inspection looks for loose wires, shorts, shock/fire hazards, and proper functioning of Ground Fault Interrupt (GFI) receptacles. A house’s interior inspection will determine whether it has adequate heating and insulation, ventilation as well as vapor barriers, dry-rot, pest infestations, and other carbon dioxide hazards.
