Nightclub Business Plan
Opportunity
Problem
It’s not just the lights. It’s all about the people!
The FUN is what matters! The core customers are the key to success in nightclubs.
Solution
The spot will allow us to create a nightclub that is responsive to our core customers’ changing tastes and expectations. college-age women. If the women come then the men will also follow. We must continually improve our response time to customers’s entertainment needs in order to reach this goal.
Market
The Spot is for college-aged females looking to have fun and meet new people. Of course, we are also focused on college-age men but it has been our observation that the club scene is driven by where women choose to spend their money when they go out with friends. The current situation is that none of the local bars are able to meet the entertainment needs of this core customer. This is also true for the area surrounding the university which we believe will attract new customers.
Competition
The point of the current competition isn’t what it is. We are refocusing the competition on having the club that attracts women, for good reasons. When we do, we believe the system will work in our favor.
For our due diligence, we are able to do competitive analysis in great detail. It doesn’t affect our plan.
Why Us?
The Spot’s mission statement is to create a nightclub atmosphere that caters to the evolving tastes and expectations of its core customers. college-age women. If women come, men will follow. We must continually improve our response time to customers’ entertainment requests in order to reach this goal.

Forecast
