Roth & Calder will register in Delaware as a limited liability partnership for tax purposes. The company’s founder is Thomas Roth. He was previously a marketing executive for General Foods. Roth brought together a respected group of telemarketing, development, marketing and marketing specialists with a combined total of 25 years experience in this field.
The company is currently only investing with a few private investors. It does not intend to go public. The main office of the company is located in Cawleweton. These offices include conference rooms as well as office space. The company will start offering its services from January 1st, 2011.
In the beginning, the potential clients for the company are all of the Cawleweton companies. We can provide telephone consultations to clients for both small and big companies.

Financial ConsiderationsStart-up assets required include expenses and cash needed to support operations until revenues reach an acceptable level. Most of the company’s liabilities will come from outside private investors and management investment, however, we have obtained current borrowing from Bank of America Commercial Investments, the principal to be paid off in three years. A long-term loan through VieilArgent Bank of Richburb will be paid off in ten years.
